Quick 5-Minute Morning Stretch Routine

Whether it is your social media feed, 35 unread work emails, or a notification about a news article titled “5 Indoor Plants You Need Now!!”, we are all subject to getting hit with our digital devices right when we wake up.

In order to increase the likelihood I make it on my yoga mat in the mornings, I learned to simplify my stretching routine down to 5 easy minutes.
